If you are a #sasstag reader, I assume you lead a really cool life. Which means that on the weekends, you are out of the house, doing fun and cultured things with your awesome friends. You don’t have time to stay updated on the happenings of Hollywood and/or the world between 5 PM on Friday and 9 AM on Monday. The easiest fix? Reading the new weekly In Case You Missed It post. Everything you need to have an opinion on before heading to the water cooler, every Monday morning. Enjoy!
The NYC Marathon got cancelled
Hallelujah, my friends. I won’t even get started on the Sandy victims and how insensitive it would have been if resources they could benefit from were used to make the race happen, because that has been talked about endlessly. But I will talk about how nice it is that there is no longer going to be an influx of people in my city who make me feel like I’m not physically active enough. Maybe this is a sign that YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN A MARATHON EVER.
Daylight Saving Time is here
Well, if you missed this, you’re probably a little confused as to why everyone is mad at you for being an hour late to everything, and you have more important things to take care of than reading this blog (I can’t believe I even said that, but it is true). I’m sure everyone enjoyed getting a full hour of their life back, but remember that you’re going to really hate it when you leave the office at your usual time today and its going to be dark as fuck.
The newest James Bond flick is almost here and it is phenomenal
Get your tickets for Skyfall now so that once it is out in theaters you don’t have to go a minute longer without seeing it. I’m part of a lucky group of people who got to see the flick before its release date (JK, it has been released everywhere in the world except Amurrica) and I can attest to its greatness, so take it from me- you will love this movie. Unless you don’t like action movies. Whatever, just go see it.
The Beckhams are moving to NYC
The best looking fam in Hollywood the world is apparently coming to this great city of ours, after spending some time in LA. Looks like they wised up to the fact that nobody in United States will ever appreciate soccer, no matter how hot a player may or may not be. The move to New York is part of Posh Spice’s grand mission to the fashion world by storm, and I can’t say I’m mad about it. Who wouldn’t want more of this in their life???
